Conflicts of Interest
Spiral Solutions enforces honesty, integrity, and fair dealings at all times. Employees will not solicit or accept bribes, kick-backs, or any similar payments in any form, for any reason. Bottom line: employees should avoid activities or situations that present or create a potential conflict of interest.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Our management respects the privacy and right to confidentiality of all Spiral employees. Any personal information collected throughout your employment will never be traded, sold, or disclosed to outside parties. At times we may be required by law or litigation to disclose information about you. We may release your information to comply with law enforcement, national security, background checks, security clearance investigations, or other issues where disclosure is deemed necessary. This is a reciprocal relationship. Any confidential information about Spiral Solutions that you obtain during the course of your employment is subject and bound to the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement you signed upon initial employment.

Any employee that in good faith seeks advice, raises a concern, or reports misconduct is following this Code of Conduct. There will be no retribution for making a report, and any employee engaging in any form of retaliatory behaviour will be subject to the full range of disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
